Option 1 was approved at the Special Meeting held on August 27, 2012 thereby amending Article IV of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Easements for Knottingwood Estates Home Owners Association (the “Declaration”) to reflect creation of an Architectural Review Board and permitting satellite receivers.  Thank you to all of the homeowners who voted and/or attended the meeting.  If you have any questions about the revised Declaration, please feel to contact us.
