West Chester Township Waiving Some Zoning Permit Fees

For a limited time, the West Chester Board of Trustees is waiving some zoning permit application fees to help homeowners through quarantine.

For homeowners considering a new fence, deck, remodel or other home improvement project, the permitting process is necessary to ensure work is completed according to code and is safe. Through June 26, 2020, the Township is waiving the fees associated with the zoning application process for these residential permits. Permits themselves are not being waived.

The Knottingwood Estates HOA also requires approval from our Architectural Review Board before work can begin on a new fence, deck, pool or patio.  For the application, please, click here.

For more information on permits, please call West Chester Community Development at 513-777-4214 or watch this video.
