An Architectural Review Form should be submitted before starting construction on a patio, fence, porch, room addition, in-ground pool, or any new construction. Please submit the following form before starting any construction. The Architectural Review Board will review your submission and reply when a decision is made. Description of structure or construction. Please include materials to be used, dimensions, and location (including location of house and driveway). Images may be sent to the Architectural Review Board after initial application is received.
