Deerfield Township, the Deerfield Towne Center, and the Warren County Solid Waste Management District have partnered to bring a no-charge E-Waste event to the community on Saturday, April 9, 2022 from 9 am – noon. The drop-off location is Deerfield Towne Center Regal Cinemas Parking Lot (5500 Deerfield Blvd, Mason, OH 45040)
- This event is for personal, household residences ONLY. No commercial or business waste.
- They will ONLY take items that are on the ACCEPTABLE items list below.
- Please note that the line will close at 11:30am to ensure time to finish processing all vehicles through.

Acceptable items include:
- -computers
- -servers
- -routers
- -switches
- -modems
- -telephones
- -cell phones
- -printers
- -fax machines
- -speakers
- -copiers
- -remotes
- -keyboards
- -laptops
- -televisions
- -mice
- -docking stations
- -LCD screens
- -cable/satelite
- -boxes/DVR’s
- -CRT monitors
- -batteries
- -small appliances (microwaves, toasters, hairdryers, blenders, etc.)
Prohibited Items:
- -large items (washers, dryers, refrigerators, etc.)
- -fluorescent lighting or ballast
- -any fossil fuel or materials used in collecting fossil fuels
- -any infectious or biological wastes or equipment that contained them
- -any media contaminated wth oil
- -any liquid
- -any chemicals or oils
- -any equipment that contains chemicals of any kind
- -any equipment that contains asbestos
- -any equipment that contains radioactive components
- -any equipment that contains freon
- -any equipment that contains PCBs
- -any materials that would adverseley impact our operations or result in environmental or health problems
- -thermostats and mercury switches
